We love Parsi Pediatrics! The doctors are so attentive and I appreciate that it feels like a collaborative effort between me and the doctor every time I go with my daughter. I feel listened to, which makes a big difference as a parent.
As a disabled person, I had to learn how important it is to advocate for yourself when it comes to your mental health, medical needs, and proper support, especially as you’re trying to stay in the workforce that your body tries to push you out of. Having the right doctor that listens, cares, and wants to see you at your best is of the upmost importance. I’m thankful for my experiences as I’ve navigated my own medical journey the past 2 decades because I have been able to identify almost immediately who is the right fit for my disabled son. I knew immediately that Dr. Carter was the perfect fit for my son. He’s not only extremely knowledgeable about his disability, but he is a champion for his academic success. He listens, he cares, and most importantly, he’s protective. I couldn’t ask for better care. And while doctors make a world of difference when helping improve your quality of life, their staff are also an important part of that village. The Parsi staff were nothing short of amazing, accommodating and kind. I’m so very excited for my son and I know they are just as excited to see him succeed. Thank you all!
Dr Parsi’s office is so efficient with answering calls, handling the calls and questions, understanding medical concern and urgency, giving me the feeling they care and want to help. Bedside manner is appreciated. Dr Parker was on time, quick, caring and clear. The handoff from check in to vitals to room, doctor and check out were all smooth.
My daughter’s have been apart of the Parsi Pediatrics family since they were born (3 years). There is no other practice I would entrust my children to. From my husband and I being first time parents with no experience and millions of questions, to many after-hours calls from bloody noses to fevers to splinters, they have always cared for, and treated us like family. We, also, experienced several scary situations with each of our daughter’s and they were caring, thoughtful, thorough and SUPPORTIVE of my daughters and family throughout months of visits and specialists, recommendations and follow ups. The amount of time and attention to details they gave our family was phenomenal. Dr. Parsi, Dr. Cavazos, Dr. Taylor, Dr. Carter; all of which I have had the pleasure of working with for my daughter’s and each time I do, it’s always been such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. My daughter’s especially adore Dr. Parsi and Dr. Cavazos. They have known our babies since newborns and it’s so amazing to see my daughter’s interact and have fun with them. They are patient, kind, caring, and loving with both of my babies as if they are their own. Especially on shot days lol And the office staff… from Yvette, to Rachel and everyone in between. You’re not just a patient or a number. I have been scared. I have been shy. I have been happy, and upset at times, but no matter what. They care. They are open to questions or concerns, and take the time to listen and understand. The office is also very well lit, cleaned, and tidy from front to back! I cannot thank Parsi Pediatrics enough for everything they have done, and continue to do for our family. We are so happy and grateful for this practice, and look forward to many more years of being family!
We chose Parsi Pediatrics for our daughter after she was released from the NICU & what a great choice it was. The staff is so kind and helpful, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors themselves, you know they take pride in what they do. The clinic itself is always clean and so welcoming, we have never had to wait long to be seen. Our daughter’s pediatrician is Dr. Cavazos and we absolutely love her. She’s so knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen to any concerns we have. You can tell she genuinely cares about children & is an advocate for them. Which allows me to trust that she wants what’s best for my baby. As first time parents we didn’t know where to go or even how to find a good doctor for our baby, I can barely find one for myself. I can 100% say that we made the best decision & I cannot recommend this office enough.
