Two years ago I suffered an injury while working that left me paraplegic. However, my employer contested that my injury was work related. I was summoned to appear at the Tribunal administratif du travail. There was a risk that I would lose the benefits that the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) was providing. My research indicated that Bellemare Avocats were the best at these types of cases and I was not disappointed. Mr. Bruno Bellemare took my case and was successful.
