Very easy and efficient system and team. I had several options to define exactly what I needed for the move. The communication about the timing and the movers was clear. The movers arrived early and were extremely professional in getting the order complete.

Our 2 movers arrived early, were friendly, and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently to unloaded the truck. They even helped to back the truck into the driveway! I Would definitely recommend bellhop to family and friends!

They took off my front door to move a refrigerator and broke off a couple of the hinge screws. They also chipped the brand new LVP flooring in my new home by knocking over a surround sound speaker while carrying a large rug. Their truck knocked down a landline telephone line. Their estimating tool does not help and easily underestimates the time and cost. My actual cost was about twice the estimated cost. Also, maybe one guy spoke English so you can't effectively communicate with them. They also attempted to charge me for the hour lunch break they took. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company.

We had LOTS of stuff. They got everything done in under the estimated time. Asked multiple times if there was anything else they could do or help with before leaving. Very friendly, and very smooth process beginning to end. Would definitely use Bellhop again.

I recently used Bellhops Nashville for a move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Chris, our team lead, was absolutely outstanding. He took charge with calm confidence and was incredibly particular about how the truck was packed—every item had its place, and you could tell he really cared about doing things right. Thanks to his attention to detail, everything fit in the truck. The rest of the crew was just as impressive. Every mover was helpful, respectful, and worked hard without missing a beat. They communicated well, handled our belongings with care, and kept a great attitude the entire time. I can’t recommend Bellhops—and especially Chris and his team—highly enough. If you’re looking for a moving experience that’s smooth, efficient, and stress-free, they’re the way to go.
