For over a month, I have been trying to have two simple 1040 returns amended. Out of the 3 times I called, only once was I able to speak with someone. They were friendly and professional, which is why I am giving 2 stars. I provided my information and was told that someone would reach out to me to schedule a consultation, but nobody ever did. I left another voicemail after that and haven’t heard back for close to 2 weeks. It is rare to actually get ahold of someone when calling, and calls are not returned in a timely manner or at all. Very disappointing, considering the positive reviews that others have left. I expected better service, or at least some acknowledgement.

My only regret about my experience is that I waited until this tax year to have it. They are all so down to earth and friendly here, and they genuinely love their jobs and want to help people. Benjamin gave me a more than fair price, and I was in and out pretty fast. If you’re pulling out your hair on the online sites like I was because you’re afraid of how much it’ll cost you to get your taxes done, just stop and find the money. It’s so beyond worth it.
