WEC did our taxes for years. This year - without warning and right before tax season... they sent a form letter stating that their "business had changed" and they would no longer be doing our taxes. Business relationships take a long time to cultivate. As a long term client, we should have received a phone call and explanation. Short-term notice and a form letter doesn't cut it in my book. WEC will perform... but with delayed responsiveness and superficial true thoughtfulness about your business / personal tax needs.
