I want to express my sincere and heart felt gratitude. Bench animal hospital is amazing. We had tried to get our little one in with our normal vet and unfortunately had to wait to be able to get her an appointment. My husband and I had tried everything we could to help our little Haru. Her condition kept worsening and I knew we couldn’t wait for the scheduled appointment. I called the Bench Animal Hospital in a panic and even though they were slammed, it was last minute and nearing end of day, they were able to get Haru in and make her a priority. Our little senior cat wasn’t able to pull through but I will forever be thankful for the kindness and care that was shown to her in her final moments. My heart is broken at the loss but I needed to express my appreciation for this wonderful animal hospital and their outstanding staff.

The care our dog has received over the years from Dr. Andrews and the rest of the Bench Animal Hospital over the years has been phenomenal. They are amazing and have always been kind and thorough in their care

So disappointed with this office, especially the receptionist. I brought my dog in about 2 weeks ago and she was put on medication. Within about 36 hours she's significantly worse. I call to see if she should come back, they say wait until Thursday (this was Tuesday). I ended up taking her to WestVet that night and thankfully I did because she wouldn't have made it through the night. She was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and Pleural Effusion. She had a large amount of fluid drained from her chest cavity and stayed over night. Dixie was able to come home the following day and I scheduled a follow up through WestVet. Due to this, I called to cancel my follow up with Bench. The receptionist didn't ask a thing, no hint of concern in her voice... just cool, it's canceled. Unfortunately, we had to take Dixie back to WestVet today and with how bad her health was, euthanasia was the best option. My husband just called your office to ensure you do not call for a refill of medication in the future and started we had to put her down and the receptionist was cold and couldn't care less. You need a little bit of compassion in this line of work. We won't be back. And my family is also leaving due to a similar, but not so serious, situation.

I cannot express my gratitude for Bench Animal Hospital enough! We were first introduced to them last year when our (then) 15-year-old pup needed multiple teeth pulled. Due to her age, it was a tricky situation — not to mention the financial concerns that come with complex care for an elderly dog. Bench Animal went above and beyond to ensure she received not only excellent veterinary care, but also compassionate, affordable treatment that truly improved both her quality and length of life. I’m thrilled to say our sweet Temperance is still alive and well at 16.5 years old! More recently, we added a new member to our family, and within 24 hours we could tell something was wrong. After a very expensive visit to West Vet, we left heartbroken and fearful that we might have to put our new puppy down. First thing Monday morning, we reached out to Bench Animal and were blown away by their responsiveness and care. Dr. Andrews personally called us to talk through next steps and reassure us. After additional testing, they quickly pinpointed the issue and came up with an effective treatment plan. Even though the clinic was closing for the day, Dr. Andrews made sure we could pick up the medication that same evening so our little one could start treatment immediately. We often take for granted the people who are simply “doing their jobs,” but Dr. Andrews and the entire Bench Animal team consistently go above and beyond that. They treat every pet — and every family — with compassion, patience, and genuine care. We are forever grateful to have found such an incredible veterinary clinic and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry family members.

The staff are very caring of our pets and they do a great job. We've had 2 surgeries done with them. Great service and you can't beat the pricing they have.
