Austin and his team did an incredible job listing and selling my property. I live out of state and he was able to coordinate everything for me. He found contractors to paint and redo the flooring after a tenant moved out, and the property looked like a brand new home after. Their marketing was great and we got an offer for full asking price the first weekend it was listed. We’re set to close in under a month with an FHA loan. He also made himself readily available for any questions that popped up during the process. I would definitely recommend Austin and his team.
