I visited the brow bar at the boots in Belfast city centre. I am a regular there. As usual, Caitlin helped to shape my eyebrows beautifully through wax. She is always professional and people orientated.

Went into boots this morning for an appointment at the Benefit brow bar. Erin made me feel at ease and was friendly and welcoming. Extremely happy with my brow wax and tint. Definately will be back, highly recommend.

On a busy Black Friday I called into Boots Belfast, on the off chance I could get a lip & chin wax. I was delighted to meet a very welcoming member of staff at the Benefit counter who then introduced me to Erin. Thankfully Erin made time for me, delivering a very friendly, attentive and professional, service. The result was a thorough and painless treatment, leaving me with extremely smooth skin. One of the best waxing treatments I’ve had! Thank you Erin, and congratulations to Benefit for having such wonderful staff.

Had a brilliant experience at this counter. Erin was fantastic and talked me through everything she was doing with my brows, making sure I was happy and comfortable with it at every stage, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with the service I received . Will definitely come back .
