Booked in for the full service. Never been before, but reviews spoke highly. I arrived exactly at 1.30 pm and a kind man showed me to a seat, asked what I'd like, I stated everything just tidied, please. I thought something was wrong when he started shaving me with an electric razor. But thought maybe he's trimming it before, I get the wet shave. The owner was chatting to a regular. I'm now left with sore razor burns all over my neck. When paying, the owner realised I was the booking, but too late, the damage was done. The guy who served me was a true gent, and not his fault, he thought I was a walk-in.
