Easy to book exactly what I wanted. Nice open space, easy to find in Macy's. I got a warm welcome. Sarah was ready for me, even though I was a little early. Sarah was great at communicating the options, what she recommended, and what she was doing. Her experience and skills were top notch. She listened well and was proactive in making suggestions. Friendly, calm, caring, and efficient. I already booked my return appointment. Highly recommended.

I always love getting brows done with Sarah! She always does the best job cleaning up my brows while still keeping them thick and natural. I get all the compliments. 10/10 would recommend!

Sarah did an amazing job, both with threading my less-abundant and slightly gray eyebrows, including giving me options and guidance on products, and also with threading for my teenage daughter, who had a bad, extremely painful threading experience somewhere else a couple years ago. She was professional and very clear, and also just a pleasure to talk with, and we were both very happy with the results. Very happy Macy's is staying open and highly recommend popping in here for any kind of brow service/products!

I have been coming to this location and regularly see Sarah B. My eyebrows seriously thank me after my brow waxes with her. She does an incredible and is so sweet, kind and talented. Everyone needs to get their brows done by her because she works magic at benefit!!!
