Abbas Efir, the Property Management Administrator, has been extremely helpful when there was a risk of double-paying our block manager for an urgent repair demand. He quickly halted the payment from his side and saved us efforts and time in retrieving the double payment from our block manager had the payment gone through. Well done Abbas and thank you!
