I had an exceptionally pleasant and seamless experience with Dexters while purchasing my first property. Ben Hughes was absolutely fantastic to work with - his communication was excellent, he was attentive, always available, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. He worked tirelessly, proactively chasing third parties to ensure we completed promptly. I couldn’t have asked for better support as a first-time buyer. I would highly recommend this office. The office manager, Tom, was also excellent and very helpful in assisting with third-party enquiries.

I had a good experience working with Adeel Zain at the Dexters London Bridge office. He was professional, responsive, and generally clear throughout the process. Overall, I appreciated his assistance. I’d be happy to work with him again.

Dexters London Bridge recently helped me find new tenants. I only had a month to work with. Daniel Scott, Manager, and Adeel Zain, Senior Lettings Consultant, were outstanding. They achieved rent which was at the top of, or exceeded the market rent from tenants with impressive credentials. Both were outstanding and easily the best lettings agents I have dealt with. Their communication with me and their seamless handover to other colleagues within the office who each had a specific role was first class. I knew where I stood at every stage. Now they have secured such great tenants when they did not have much time, I have no hesitation in having them manage it and I have already had an introduction call from Sertan, my point of contact going forward. All three are a credit to the London Bridge office and the Dexters brand.

Edit: I wish I didn’t have to amend my earlier positive review, but my experience has taken a disappointing turn. For the entire first month of my tenancy, I’ve been drawn into an insulting and frustrating exchange in which I’ve been pressured to pay for something that is not my responsibility under the signed tenancy agreement. The agent’s justification rests on their “memory” of a verbal conversation I do not recall — but the written tenancy agreement, which is legally binding, states clearly: “Once you’ve read this tenancy agreement, along with any other documents referred to in the agreement, and are satisfied that you understand, please sign this document as confirmation that you’d like to go ahead with the Tenancy. The terms and conditions agreed between you are detailed in this document and supersede any prior discussions or agreements you may have had.” Either the agency does not read or understand its own contracts, or it makes mistakes and then tries to pressure tenants into paying for them. Neither is acceptable. ------------------------ I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ruby Holden at Dexters London Bridge to find my flat, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Ruby is incredibly friendly and personable, with an exceptional response time — I am never left waiting more than a few hours for a reply. She takes the time to understand my needs fully and follows through with warmth, focus, and professionalism. When a few issues arose on move-in day, she personally came by to check on them and ensured everything was resolved, which really demonstrated her dedication and care. Her service is genuinely personal, and I’m confident she treats every client with the same care and attention. Dexters London Bridge as a whole has also impressed me: every agent I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, approachable, and proactive. Their selection of lettings is of very high quality, and the entire process, from initial inquiry through to move-in, has been seamless. Multiple team members checked in along the way to ensure everything was going smoothly. Truly an elite agency — I’m grateful to have worked with them.

Great working with Alex. I've had a recent maintenance issue and Alex personally stepped in and resolved a very time sensitive issue even though I don't have a maintenance contract with them. He found me great new tenants and again personally stepped in to do referencing when I had concerns around their age. Great service all round!
