We reached out to Stephen Manning after the loss of my father, hoping for guidance with my mother’s finances based on the positive reviews we saw for Bennett Bennett &Trice. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. My mother paid $250 for a consultation in which Mr. Manning collected all of her financial information and wrote down our questions. After that meeting, we never heard back. Despite multiple follow-up emails, he has not responded at all. Losing a loved one is already difficult, and we trusted him to help during a sensitive time. Instead, we were left without answers and out of $250. I cannot recommend his services based on our experience.

I've relied on Mr. Bennett since the 2005 tax season. He and his team are the finest. This year, the USPS utterly failed, but Ashley was there to pick up the pieces and get everything back on track. She took the additional steps to re-print and re-send my forms with enough time to ensure I met the deadline. Ashley offered to take on the additional tasks with a helpful, friendly, and professional demeanor. She is an exemplar of excellent service.

Bryan and his team provide amazing financial services - from tax planning and advising to other almost any other accounting services, I couldn't imagine going to anyone other than Bennett, Bennett, & Trice. I no longer live in the Lubbock area, but Bryan is still quick, responsive, and (most importantly) knowledgeable. We get personalized, top-quality service every time, and I cannot recommend them enough!
