Love coming here. Fast, friendly, and professional! Always makes sure we understand everything and if not they explain until we do. Made the mistake of going to Jackson Hewitt 1 year and our taxes were messed up for 2 years and Jackson Hewitt was not helpful at all and were rude like it was our fault. Will never do that again. I called Tax Pros in July of 2019 to ask some questions about getting caught up on filing my taxes. I left a message and received a call back in less than 30 min. I spoke with Jerry who was very helpful and even offered to do appointments on the weekend. Jerry was able to help me with 3 years of taxes and was very professional and knowledgeable.
