Very good tailoring service. I had a few blazers shortened at the shoulders due to the sleeve length being too long. The prices were cheaper then elsewhere and they didn't try to inflate the price like alteration master in ladybarn who increased the prices twice before he even did any work. I went in to pick up my blazers but realised they were not short enough and I wanted them shortened even more then they had done and they happily carried out the work without any fuss or extra charge. I found the owner and his staff to be very professional and polite and I will definitely be using them again. I may even get myself a bespoke suit made by him as he looks more than capable of carrying out bespoke work. So yes I am very pleased with Bensonni and his staff and do recommend them if you want quality professional alterations done at a reasonable price. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I did not receive a phone call to tell me my jackets were ready, which should be part of the service.
