This experience cost me time and money. A major mistake was made in my books, and instead of handling it professionally, I was yelled at and given misleading information about QuickBooks policy. When I provided documentation directly from QuickBooks clarifying the issue, they admitted they had made several mistakes, didn’t offer a clear solution, and quit. I was left to pick up the pieces
