My wife and I had such a terrible experience with Tony from Midwest Accounting. He made it seem like he would work for us and help us out and as soon as he finished our taxes, he never returned any calls, texts, or emails. He did an amended return for us and never sent in the correct paperwork and would not return our calls for months. He kept blaming the lengthy process on the government, when in all actuality, it was his fault from the beginning. The worst customer service I have ever received from anyone. I hope he changes his ways, because that is no way to run a business.

The team was friendly, the rates were reasonable, and my taxes were done in a timely manner. However, after a few weeks of not receiving my tax return from the state (not the federal), I called back. After some researching, they informed me that they had not filed my state yet (weeks after I had paid them).

I have been with Midwest accounting for the last couple of years and they provide excellent tax return prep services. Very professional , great costumer service, very friendly staff. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He gives the best advice and suggestions to all his clients. He is meticulous, thorough and diligent in his work. He is friendly, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Midwest Accounting firm as they are the most reliable and professional accounting firm in Omaha.

We have been with Midwest Accounting for years. Mr.John Gross is awesome with my MIL’s taxes. Very affordable and professional! You will not get disappointed with their service if you prepare well all your document ahead of time. If he needs more information, Mr. Gross will always let you know. Highly recommend this place!
