We had an amazing experience working with Fifi! She was truly a lifesaver throughout our home-buying process. Even though our lender caused a lot of unnecessary stress with multiple issues, delays, and unkept promises, Fifi was there every step of the way to guide us, support us, and make sure everything stayed on track. She went above and beyond to handle every challenge—she even managed to reschedule our closing date and time multiple times on the same day, which was no easy task. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication turned a very stressful situation into a smooth and successful closing. Fifi is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about her clients. We always felt we were in good hands with her, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to help us get into our new home. Jose Flores made the process of selling our home so stress free and easy! He was quick to answer any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable, so we trusted his advice on things when it came down to negotiating things with the buyers. He had trusted vendors when we needed to out source some work. The house was under contract in a week! It was a great experience and Jose was helpful all around- from getting the house ready, pictures, the showings, the final walk through… all of it! He also helped my father-in-law find a home in the middle of all of that! We would definitely refer him to any friends or family looking and plan to use him in the future!

Of all the names realtor.com provided to me, Dan Madrigal was the only one that took the initiative to call me. We scheduled a time to meet. He was very thorough in explaining how everything was going to work. He is friendly and has a professional manner. I hired him at our first meeting. He kept me informed through the whole process. If all the associates are as good at their job as Dan is, then PenFed has a great group.
