The Roy Group has great Relators working for them. At our first meeting Matt came prepared. He brought the tax and real estate valuation history. Matt provided me with a realistic price range based on market value. Matt knowledge helped me understand that what I thought was roof damage was in fact actually squirrels! Rebbecca, Hollie and Angela guided me through the sell of my property. Rebbecca helped me get twice the amount I was expecting! So much paperwork was handled with electronic signatures.
