Janette Woodruff is an outstanding Realtor. She is knowledgeable about the local market due to her years of experience in the real estate industry. Her promptness is exceptional. Whenever we texted her, she responded within minutes. When we needed to schedule a showing of the property, she set it up with the other realtors as soon as possible. She is flexible and would meet us to view the properties according to our work schedule. She has a positive attitude and a pleasant personality. Her proactive communication is above and beyond our expectations. We are very satisfied with her high standard of professionalism and highly recommend her services to others.

I cannot even imagine a better real estate agent with whom to collaborate on buying or selling a home. Emil Nazaryan gets results, keeps everyone on schedule, inspires strong confidence in his pricing and marketing approaches, and along the way, maintains wonderfully positive and healthy relationships with all people involved in the transaction from beginning to end. His secrets and tools include extraordinary communication skills, organization, integrity, timeliness, friendliness, generosity, and attention to detail. He specializes in Virginia Beach oceanfront condos, where his personal relationships with current owners and building managers are always warm, positive, and up-to-date. If you are looking for an agent in this area, I congratulate you for discovering Emil. He is truly second to none, and loved by all.

Melinda Marven was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I contacted her in February to potentially sell our house. She came prepared with CMA. Because we were moving before putting the house on the market, timing was uncertain. She dealt with this and kept in touch. When we finally had a move in day, we arranged a listing date but had to ask for an extra day. Melinda again was so pleasant with the delay. The house was listed on a Saturday, and Melinda showed it to the future buyer on Monday morning. The next day a full-price offer was presented from the buyer's agent. Things went quickly there on. Melinda offered suggestions regarding home inspection and "fixes" requested. She was wonderful throughout the whole process of selling our home.

Ashley made every step of the process fun and easy. She used her local knowledge and network of connections to help me find a hidden gem of a home and coached me through negotiations and closing. She is a huge asset to have on your side through the home buying process.
