I felt like they took advantage of us and overcharge for everything. I will not be taking any of my animals back there. They don’t care about the animals as much as they want to be rich. They guise greed with “quality of care.” No spay should be almost $800. They sent a vague email titled “Estimate” with no information in the email indicating it was for the spay. We had taken our cat multiple times for vaccinations and I was not the one who scheduled the spay. I was given no indication that we were sent an email regarding the spay. They also NEVER verbalized the cost to us. Yes, they explained what we were charged for, but that doesn’t explain why they charge almost $800 for a service we should have just gotten done elsewhere for much cheaper. They will take no accountability and do not actually have your best interest at heart. If you are rich and money is no object, this is a GREAT place to go. Otherwise, there are plenty of cheaper places around that won’t take advantage of your wallet.

I have taken all of my pets (dogs and cats) to Berry Hill Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are so professional, knowledgeable and really care about each client and pet. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet that needs excellent vet care!

I will say it again, Berry Hill Animal Hospital truly cares about my dog. I sent an email over the weekend about an issue my pup was having and I received a call at 8am Monday morning! They were checking on her & made an appt available. Thank you BHAH, your care & true concern is heart felt. ❤️

Love Berry Hill Animal Hospital! We have taken 7 dogs there over the years and the care, communication and end of live empathy the staff has provided is truly outstanding. Bills can be higher than I’d like but the peace of mind is worth it.
