I would like to recognize that Kaltire has been my favourite store to do my tires. As you can see below, I had unpleasant experience, but Mark, the manager of this location called me and we had a long conversation which reminded me why I a loyal Kaltire costumer! Thank you Mark and team. I book an appointment to fix a tire, they charged $ 60 to fix it, the fixing did not last for more than 15 minutes! Came back they made me book another appointment! They did a very poor job, and then make me wait for long time even pass my appointment time! It not supposed to be a priority when you do a poor job? I always had my tire work done by Kaltire, but after that not anymore!

I had a fantastic experience at kal tire, I brought my car in for an alignment, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took their time and explained what was needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My car drives perfectly now, smooth and straight. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I happened to pull into the Pembina Kal Tire after getting an abrupt flat tire. I was promptly assisted and taken care of. My tire was repaired easily and they even waived the charges based on how simple it was to fix. These folks are clearly trustworthy and take pride in the service they offer.
