Tyler was great. He was sent out to do a plumbing inspection. Apparently, it's part of some package I have with Best. He found multiple issues that I would've never found. It's all good preventative maintenance stuff. I'm not excited about laying out the money to fix the stuff, but I know long-term. It's gonna help me a lot. Obviously, the free home inspection is a way For best to come out and potentially find problems so they can generate income, but I'm cool with that to me. It's a win-win situation.

I was very pleased with Best’s response to my Plumbing issue. I had a leak in my garage ceiling that was dripping. And they were able to come out very quickly. Patrick did an amazing job with the repair. He kept me informed every step of the way, and was really helpful in answering questions!

Best installed an evaporator cooler for my A/C. Labor was $1,500. Took two men, 4 1/2 hours. Had to remove framing around attic access. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out today for company to come back out and put back the framing. Appointment was 4-8 pm. At 8:05 PM I called and spoke with someone who called the manager and he explained to his rep that they won't get through with their current job until sometime around 9:00 PM. My wife and I went to bed because we had to get up at 4:30 am for work. Received a call from their tech, Julio, at around 9pm stating that he was on his way. I told Julio not to come because we were already in bed. Needless to say, I'm not happy. This was my wife's and my wedding anniversary. We're very disappointed. Worth noting,right after they did their diagnosis, their company ambassador Jeremy asked me to leave his company a review, on his phone, when they hadn't even done the work yet? Since then, I've received numerous requests to leave them a review, and they haven't even finished the job! Update: A few things have happened since I wrote my last review for Best several weeks ago when I left a well deserved one star rating. As previously noted, the company Best scheduled me a follow-up visit after installing my evaporator cooler to reinstall the framing around the attic entrance. It was a 4-8:00 pm follow-up visit. At 8:05 pm, I called them and asked that they not show up because I had to go to bed. I got a call at 9 pm from Best, in a deep sleep, stating they were on their way. I told the service tech not to come, that I was asleep. Sever weeks later, I decided to reattach the framing myself. When I couldn't find a missing piece of trim, I began fishing for it in the attic insulation. The trim was hiding under the insulation. I also found the support beam that is used to hold up the evaporator coil. It was hiding under the insulation. I called Best and they scheduled to have someone come out and reinstall the support beam. At the conclusion of their visit, I asked if they would send someone out to add some blow-in insulation in the places that had been disturbed during the initial install. They came out today. Their technician Luis did a great job. His sidekick (who I don't remember his name) did a great job setting up and cleaning up. While I do recommend this company, now, I'm writing this review as a help to you. If you hire Best, for anything, make sure you watch them closely. It was human nature for them to not to put back the very crucial support beam back, which would have been a serious concern if I hadn't caught it. They also had the cap to my vent pipe installed on the wrong pipe. Again, this also would have been a serious issue if I hadn't caught it. This company charges a premium price for their work. You're just going to have to watch them like a hawk. The silver lining in all of this is that at least they will come back and make any necessary corrections that one might discover after the fact. Good job, Luis! You did a great job making it right on behalf of your company! Update: would you believe it? Best had to come to my house for a 5th time for the same issue. The evaporator they installed only worked with master bedroom thermostat! It was turned off at the thermostat, but came on when master-bedroom thermostat was on. Jeremy said the damper wire was bad and he had is replaced for no charge.
