This is my personal experience and my opinion only with this firm. Your results may or may not differ. This firm came to my home 11/24/25 for preventative maintenance for my two HVAC split systems. The Sr. Service Technician, Vince Dizon, informed me that I have collapsing and deteriorating air ducts and this needs to be repaired/replaced ASAP! He provided a written estimate for repairs with a total price of $4,520.00! He wanted me to schedule it for the next day, not providing my time for another bid for the job! Really! Since that time, I've had two competitive "bids" to replace the duct system. I was told by BOTH licensed contractors that there is NO NEED TO REPLACE ANYTHING. One firm told me that he fixed a small leak in the system with a small piece of tape and there will be no charge for that. The other licensed contractor told me that no repairs are needed and nothing has collapsed! It it my personal opinion, that if I trusted Elite Plumbing and A/C represented by Vince Dizon, I would have been a victim of contractor fraud! Just my personal opinion based my my experience. I would never use, refer, recommend or allow anyone from this firm in my home again for any reason! I feel lucky that I was not defrauded out of $4,520.00! Don't allow yourself to be victimized!

We are enjoying our new Navien tankless water heater. We had great customer service from the front office to the installer. We would recommend Elite Plumbing, Heating and Air to anyone looking to transition to a tankless water heater. Thank you for a great experience.

And then we had a problem. The ENTIRE HVAC/heatpump/ducting needed to be replaced. Elite was reffered to me by one of my best friends. He’s my smart friend. I’m so grateful. 24 hours after we got in touch with Alan and Elite - our problem was solved. An Army showed up. The took out the old system, disposed of it, and installed the new system in 8 hours. Simply amazing. The team was polite, professional, and they worked clean. Oh yeah: and now I have a chance to battle our first Las Vegas summer with brand new tools. More energy efficient than the old kit as well. Service is best in class, communication is great, and the price is right. Thanks to Alan, our installation team, and Elite.

First of all Leo is the best honest and professional. I needed my pipes to be replaced I was concerned due to just purchasing the home and they fixed and repaired made my house look like it was never touched. Just beyond pleased with the service.
