I was referred to Best Body Shop and I'm so glad I was! They accepted my vehicle in with little notice and had no issues with me dropping my vehicle off close to closing time. Instead, they offered me a walk through of their facility and WOW! Everything was kept to such great standards. The facility was clean and the definition of 5S! They did a timely and thorough inspection of my damages, even catching issues another place had missed. Throughout the whole process they kept a Google drive up to date that I could access at any time. This contained pictures, repair procedures, and so much more! Although I ran into some struggles with my insurance, Best Body Shop provided wonderful guidance and patience throughout the entire process. They consistently provided clear proactive communication and did anything they could to make sure my experience exceeded my expectations. They even detailed my vehicle before pickup. If I ever need a body shop again, I'll definitely be coming back!

Best Body Shop is truly exceptional! Their service is fast and efficient, but what really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their customers. The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and attentive every step of the way. Whenever I need any bodywork done, Best Body Shop is my go-to place without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Customer service was wonderful and repair was affordable. I was actually dropping my mom off to pick up her vehicle and got a quote on a door ding on my vehicle. It was Friday around 1pm and they told me they could get it done that day. I will definitely use Best Body shop again!

Best body shop lives up to their name… they ARE the BEST body shop! My car got hit while I was working and it ended up totaling it. I chose best body shop because of their amazing reviews and I am so glad that I did! From the very first visit they were 100% transparent with me and their repair process. They gave me a tour of the shop showing each step in the repair process. I left my car there and they quickly got me my estimate, unfortunately it ended up being totaled. But they didn’t stop there, they continued to help me through the claims process and made sure I knew my rights and what I needed to do. State Farm (the worst insurance ever) continued to refuse to pay for my car and dragged the process on for over a month. Best body shop never gave up and continued advocating for me and made sure that I wasn’t getting screwed over by the insurance. Eventually we got everything finalized and my car taken care of. Even after the car was off their lot they still continued to help me make sure I got my cars value. Overall the process was very stressful and drawn out but at no fault to best body shop, in fact they did everything in their power to make it as simple and painless for me as possible. I am forever grateful for the kindness, commitment, and compassion that clay and his team showed. By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you need any body work done or are in an accident, do yourself a favor and contact best body shop. I promise you won’t regret it!

Clay and his team did an absolutely outstanding job on my truck. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were top-notch from start to finish. The repairs were done quickly, and the quality of their work had my truck looking brand new again. I highly recommend Best Body Shop to anyone needing reliable, honest, and high-quality work.
