I had the misfortune of dealing with the same frowning clerk every time I dealt with Best But recently. Today I took in HDMI cables to return and apparently it was over the 15 days return policy. Regardless this person has never been pleasant and today didn't express regret that I didn't know I was over the return time. Overall a most unpleasant experience.

End up going to Best Buy on Sunday to return an item, later was met with the sales men from AT&T. He ended up showing us a savings of over $100 a month on our monthly cell phone bill from T-Mobile. Brandon is an exceptional sales person who is very knowledgeable at his job and we received the best customer service again at Best Buy/AT&T. 5 Stars

A manager (Jose, I believe) threatened my account with a red flag, accused me of tampering with the item without evidence, and walked away mid-conversation. I simply came to return a product I had purchased less than 24 hours earlier. Completely unacceptable behavior that should be reviewed by corporate, as it reflects poorly on this location.

I went in tonight and spoke with Red, with Geek squad. I do not have to come in here often, but I have been enough to know this service exceeded expectations based on previous visits. She not only helped me, but educated me on things that would benefit me with the use of my product moving forward, and I left with my computer looking brand new, all from just a battery replacement. She was pretty busy at the moment as well but stayed professional and very patient with how much work she had on her hands. Thank you so much Red, I really appreciate it.

Fabulous experience on Black Friday. A 50 inch, 2025 Crystal Samsung for only $228,squeal. ^^Still have not received an emailed receipt despite the manager's attempt, so will take a photo of the hard copy and email it to myself (smile).
