Lawrence at the Meta section was incredibly friendly and professional. I tried a demo of the Ray-Ban Meta glasses, and he clearly knows his stuff! Even though there wasn't a sand color model for the demo, he showed me a similar color from a different model. I was also impressed that non-prescription glasses arrive in just 4 days!
Feels like a store that’s going out of business. Shelves half empty, armed guards in full military getup at the door, samples of electronics not working because they’re all uncharged… I came here looking for a smart watch and they wouldn’t even let me try on the demo. I recommend shopping elsewhere if you can avoid Best Buy
"Terrible experience at Best Buy! Security guard harassed me & falsely claimed to be a cop in front of my kids. I had to contact Denver PD to resolve. Unacceptable. 1/5 stars #BestBuy #CustomerService"
This is one of my favorite stores for getting electrical appliances! Every time I go there, I always find what I need. The staff is super friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. Plus, they're always there to help if you need anything.
We needed to buy a new microwave oven since our old one quit. We researched on-line for a couple of days and settled on Best Buy because the web site indicated that the model of their own brand we would purchase was available in the store on Mexico Avenue. When we got there, we were welcomed and directed to the area where those appliances were on the shelves, except for the one we would have purchased. Eventually an employee came by to enquire what we needed and we pointed out the empty spot on the shelf and showed him the print-out from their web site. He scanned the shelf tag, shrugged, and said that model was no longer on display (which we could clearly see, given the empty shelf with the shelf tag still visible). We asked him if he would check to see if there were any available in the store. He somewhat reluctantly said he'd go and check "in the back." After over five minutes, I decided he wasn't coming back, even to tell us there were none available, but the stalwart person I was with remained for another ten minutes, then finally gave up and left as well. I don't know why we even thought to go to that store, since almost the exact same thing happened several months ago when we went there looking for some other small appliance. Abandoned on the sales floor once more--for the last time--it just reminded us of our previous experience and the bad taste it left then. We drove home and resumed our on-line search, found another store, called them, and were very satisfied with their response. We will certainly shop there for small electronics in future. Never again, "Best" Buy....
