Purchased a Yale Lock on 1/23/2026, didn’t fit my door so attempted to return on 2/7/2026, receipt advise 15 days from the date of purchase. Manager Dave advised me I’m outside the window of return and couldn’t, I showed Dave a google date calculator showing today 2/7/26 was the 15th day and he advised me today was the 16th day and doesn’t care what “google shows” because he knows how to count. Talked with a different employee and got the refund processed thankfully because they knew how to calculate days correctly but I really don’t know what Dave is doing as a manager, he was more argumentative than helpful even when facts & math proved I was within the return period per Best Buy policy guidelines.
Do not buy from Best Buy, I ordered a $700 laptop for shipping. They hired a shady company I have never heard about(Roadie) to deliver it. The driver then took a picture of it in front of my door and then walked off with it. Best Buy, a billion dollar, company doesn’t want to own up to it and provide a refund. Mind you I needed that laptop so I ended up ordering another one for pickup, spending 40 dollars to Uber there and back to pick it up because they clearly partner with shady companies.
Yesterday I posted a review regarding an issue that I had completing a return. The owner responded to my comment, and told me to reach out to customer service. I spoke to Graham in Customer service, and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I went back to the store and I was assisted by Kat. She was very friendly and helpful ! I am so grateful. It’s a good spot if you need something quickly without waiting for shipping. For me personally, it’s a convenient store, but not exceptional. It’s more about practicality: you come in, get what you need, and head out. Nothing bad, nothing amazing — just a reliable Best Buy that does its job 👍🙂.
Rick was incredible! I love how they help you right away at the front, because the store is quite large, and I would have been wanderingaround for an hour! They directed me to Rick at front desk and he was able to get me what I needed, make sure it was what I needed and then check me out fast! 5 star service for sure!
