My phone died. Completely. I took it in to Tyrone at Smart Fix as a last resort. My carrier service said I had no chance of getting back my pictures or lost information. Tyrone was able to successfully retrieve everything I thought was gone and did it in just a couple of hours. He even was able to put much of what I h ad lost on to my new phone.
