Terrance assisted me on 01/15/2026. He answered all my questions precisely about phone cases and screen protectors. We were able to work together to figure out which case and screen protector was my best for my phone. He’s a great guy who’s knowledgable about devices and accessories for devices.

Just one cashier at this store, which was surprising, but she was very sweet and helped me with my purchase. One thing that's changed about Best Buy that is not great .... You can't call a store with a question now. Calls go to a CALL CENTER overseas and we all know how that usually ends!! But when I went inside of the store, after not getting any information at all on the phone of course, there were plenty of employees just standing around waiting for someone to approach them for help. It sure seems like one of those people could have been answering phone calls. This I noticed, at the location near the galleria, not the one on 280. But the employees that are there all seem knowledgeable and very willing to help... At both locations. I just don't care for the call center business.

I just did a return/exchange of a 70” TV at Best Buy 280. We pulled up 5 minutes before close and they had us taken care of and out the door in 3 minutes. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful, even locating the new TV and bringing it to the front and loading it. I am so appreciative - impeccable service!

Staff is friendly store is clean. I bought an open box TV online, confirmed it had a remote before driving and hour, confirmed with the associate that it came with a remote, and no shocker, when I got home there was no remote. Chatted with customer service, called the parts department for best buy and was told Only option is to load it up, take it back to the store an hour away and speak to them about it. I would not have been frustrated had it not been confirmed twice before leaving.

I'm giving 5 stars because of the experience I had last night at this Best Buy. I was searching for a new laptop and was uncertain of which to buy and had dozens of questions. The sales rep Corey H. did a fantastic job of helping me. He was patient and kind and graciously answered all of my questions. He did his best to help me find the exact laptop I needed and also went out of his way to help me save money. I can't say enough good things about Corey H. I highly recommend this Best Buy and Corey H.
