I needed to replace a factory radio in a 2005 4 Runner, I called Sounds Great and spoke to Rick over the phone. He gave me a few options and asked if I could stop by to get a better look. I stopped by the next week and he show me the available options in his store from the cheapest model up to the most expensive and said it was my call on what I wanted. No pressure at all. He gave me the knowledge and features of each radio so I could make my OWN informed decision. I did just just and he was able to provide me a quote on the spot and gave me the time it would take to complete installation. True enough, installation was done in a day and everything looked and sounded great! I greatly appreciate the kindness and friendliness that was offered when needing to select a new radio. I highly recommend Sounds Great for your audio services and needs. They were also accommodating and were able to store my vehicle in their locked garage until I picked it up. you will not be disappointed but very appreciative in choosing Sounds Great to get you squared away. This place is a joke! I walked in knowing I was going to spend between 4k and 6K on my new Volvo wagon. I was looking for everything: Dynamat, all new speakers, amps, subs, probably need a custom box. I was ready to do it all, but I was met by a guy who said doing any work on a Volvo caused the check engine light to come on..... Yeah, that's the first thing he said. Basically, he trash-talked my car to me telling me how he didn't like the electric system. Then he said his supplier (basically Crutchfield) didn't tell him the specs and he didn't want to spend time looking then up. The first Google result is the HK site listing the specs! Spend your money at a place that deserves it. Not these goofy dudes.

I took my SQ5 here to have a sub and amp installed. Rick was awesome and helped me schedule and appointment. On my install day they were awesome and the work turned out perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. We also ended up using their expertise to diagnose another vehicles radio problems. They sold us the parts we needed. Overall great. Their lead times for open appointments are a little far out but it is worth the wait!
