“I had a great experience with this driving school. The instructors are very professional, patient, and friendly. They explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident while learning truck driving. The training was very practical and easy to understand. Because of their guidance, I learned how to drive a truck safely and correctly. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn truck driving.”

waited five months to receive my refund check, from August 2025 until February 2026, and when it finally arrived in the mail, I discovered that both my first and last name were spelled incorrectly on the check. Because of this mistake, I am unable to deposit or cash it at all. It’s extremely frustrating that after such a long wait, something as basic as verifying the correct spelling of a customer’s name was not done before the check was issued. This is a simple detail that should always be fact-checked, especially when sending someone their money. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told that the only option is for me to mail the incorrect check back in order for them to issue a new one or process a direct deposit. This means that I’m being inconvenienced yet again, and now I’m expected to spend my own money to mail back a check that was incorrect due to their error. Situations like this should be handled much more efficiently. In many cases, companies are able to cancel a check and reissue payment without forcing the customer to go through additional steps or expenses, especially when the mistake was made on their end. I have already sent emails documenting everything, including the incorrect check. My last name is Gibson, so the error on the check should have been obvious before it was ever mailed. After waiting 5 months for a refund, the last thing a customer should have to deal with is another delay and additional costs because of a preventable mistake. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that better verification processes are put in place so other customers do not have to experience the same thing.

Great program. They provide students with everything they need to earn a cdl. I worked with Jason, Chris, Jaime, Clarence, and Cedric. Everyone was super knowledgeable and could answer any questions you have. Each one has their own personality and teaching methods, so there is someone for everyone to help them learn. Alayna makes everyone feel at home and is very encouraging. When you are finished you will not be a truck driver, but you will have a strong foundation to become one once you get on the road. Thank you to everyone at Best Driving Academy for sharing your time and knowledge.
