A Wonderful Experience with Brandy at The Best Pet Friend (Disney World)! Brandon, a 4-year-old service dog, had an incredible grooming experience with Brandy, a professional and caring groomer at The Best Pet Friend in Disney World. Brandy worked her magic, transforming Brandon’s teeth from a very difficult condition to the healthiest they’ve ever been. Dental care is such an important part of a dog’s overall health, and Brandy truly delivered exceptional results. Polite, professional, and attentive—thank you, Brandy, for your outstanding work and dedication! 1000 Thanks for all you do for Brandon and of course for all the pets and pets parents.

The base price can be deceiving. There are so many add-ons if you don’t want your pet just sitting in their apartment all day (or most of it.) I feel it’s over priced for what it is. $192 for 1.5 days, with (an upgrade) to general population for a few hours. We took plenty of food for him. However, when we picked him up he was sickly and an hour later his poopy had blood in his stool along with diarrhea. So he had access to or licked or ate something that made him sick. For this extraordinarily high priced pet resort I would expect only the best service and treatment. I can’t say I felt that way. It seems like a cool place but weigh your options before jumping in like we did. This is my first and last experience here.

Thanks to Best Friends Pet Hotel, we were able to leave our Creami at daycare and enjoy our time at Disney World with total peace of mind. Knowing she was well cared for made our trip so much more relaxing. We truly appreciate the kind and attentive staff and would definitely trust them again!

Orso, had the most AMAZING time at Best Friends!! Most importantly, we have never been able to leave him without him making himself physically ill with anxiety and refusal to eat/drink. This time was different! The staff (including Niles, Rachel, Ellie, Valerie, and Brock... we love them all!) were so attentive and caring with him! Orso was eating and drinking the very first day! For the first time ever, we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our baby! They truly treated them like their own and showed him lots of love! 🥰 We received so many cute updates and pictures it is difficult to pick which ones to include here but the last one shows just how comfortable Orso became! 😂😂

Our Dixie had never stayed in a kennel. So for our trip to Disney we decided to use the Disney Best Friends location. We are so glad we did! We rented the basic villa which had a camera we could use to watch her. This gave us piece of mind during our stay. The staff members were very kind and friendly when we arrived and made us feel like Dixie would be well taken care of. We were contacted when she developed some anxiety during playtime and they put our minds at ease with the solution they recommended.when picking her up her caregivers just raved about what a joy she was and a great dog. Of course we loved hearing that!! We would use Best Friends again if we plan a return visit to Disney. There was only one thing that gave us a problem. Our camera did not work on our last day. I tried contacting using the email provided but it was never resolved. Getting in touch with someone was nearly impossible. After a 30 minute wait on the phone trying to return a call from the groomer the morning we were leaving we mentioned the camera and it was immediately turned on. Hoping management will contact us as we were told they would. Would appreciate some form of credit for the lost day as this was why we chose a villa. The main reason this was not resolved was because the communication was difficult. But otherwise it was a great experience and I would recommend Best Friends.
