I've not made an insurance claim on a roof before but when I saw evidence of storm damage earlier this spring I had no choice. I was so grateful for Francisco's expertise and advice on the insurance process. He was immediately available for discussion at every step and educated me on what to expect while at the same time he worked to maximize the outcome with the insurance company. Francisco offered to be on-site during the insurance adjuster's visit - a huge help! His outstanding communication skills and expertise in roofing and insurance made me completely trust his judgement. He managed the project and details so well that it truly was a stress-free experience for me. Huge win! I also love that Best Roofing is a locally owned business. Best Roofing did a great job with our roof, not only replacing it, but upgrading the ventilation to make the entire system work better. They were extremely professional, clean, and prompt. We're not planning on getting another roof for the next 50 years, but if we did, we would use Best Roofing again.
Francisco and Ysrael were wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Ysrael made sure the job was done correctly and I cannot think the roofers enough for working so hard to get it done in a day.
