You were going to think this review is over the top. But it isn't. I am sincerely impressed with this roofing company and the job they did for me. David Garcia is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired. I would not hesitate to use him on another job and I would recommend him highly to anybody. What makes him so great is that his communication skills are top notch. This is because he takes proactive steps to avoid miscommunications and misunderstandings. Garcia roofing took on my challenging roof, and he promised me that any surprise he finds are on him. That he would honor his quote. And this man is true to his word. Trustworthy. Better than just quality work he goes above and beyond, and he not only says it he means it. Great job.

Garcia Roofing, led by owner David, was the dream vendor experience from start to finish. David was incredibly communicative and responsive, helping us plan our project and set clear expectations for costs upfront. On the day of the job, his crew worked an unbelievable 13 hours straight to complete everything in one day—without cutting a single corner. They even left our property looking better than when they arrived. When insurance wouldn’t cover a certain item, David handled it out of his own pocket—something you don’t often see and a true reflection of his integrity and generosity. If you want a roofing company you can trust to deliver quality, professionalism, and care, I cannot recommend Garcia Roofing enough.

I couldn’t be more impressed with David and his team at Garcia Roofing! From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. David allowed me to walk the roof with him multiple times to explain what they were doing and why. This transparency greatly eased my concerns. As unforeseen issues arose, they provided detailed estimates with no hidden surprises, and kept me informed as the work progressed. The finished product looks top notch and they kept the job site tidy which my neighbors appreciated. They even took care of small details that weren’t part of the scope just to make sure the job was done right. I will confidently refer friends and family to David in the future!

Garcia Roofing's work was professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. They replaced my new roof at a reasonable time, and when finished they left my house clean from top to bottom. I gave Garcia Roofing the best review you can give a contractor. After they left, I immediately referred the company to my next door neighbor. When her roof gets repaired....I want the Garcia Roofing crew to be the company working next door to MY house. They were professional and very careful of not just my property but my neighbors property. They left my yard looking better than I had it looking before they started. We received a free estimate and there were no added costs. David, the owner was on sight constantly checking and the work crew was incredible. Overall an exceptional job.
