I called the office Friday looking for bookkeeping services year round and was told that Ryan May took care of that and would not be in until Tuesday. I had not received a call Tuesday, so I called back at 3 p.m., and the secretary said Ryan was away from his desk and she would put a note on his desk for him to call me. This is Thursday, and he hasn't called. What a lack of professionalism. If you aren't taking new clients, at least have the decency to tell me that. What a waste of time.
