Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The front staff was really kind and the Groomer was very professional and loving towards my pet. This was my first time coming in, and I showed up as a walk-in fully expecting them to not have availability, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I picked up my pup, she was quite excited and looked well taken care of. I had to do a short cut this time as I went a little crazy with the home trim around her snout, but they made her look adorable. Would highly recommend :)
I’ve been taking my dog Frankie to Besties Dog Spa for about a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The scheduling process is always easy, the staff is professional and friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care they provide. I always make sure to request Lily—she is truly the best! Frankie always comes back looking great and happy, which gives me so much peace of mind.
Bestie’s Dog Grooming in Mission Hills is truly dog-first and incredibly helpful! They not only give my pup a phenomenal clean-up every single time, but also make the whole experience so easy and positive for me—from scheduling to drop-off and pick-up. Recently, they’ve gone above and beyond helping me navigate my dog’s new allergies with so much kindness and knowledge. It’s clear they genuinely care about every dog that comes through their doors. I can’t recommend them enough!
So grateful to take Kiki to her first grooming experience at Besties! She looks so well taken care of. When I dropped her off, she was a bit nervous as she usually is but when I went to go pick her up, she was so happy and joyful! Thank you so much Nick and his team for taking care of my Kiki!
This place is great! My dog is difficult, and when I say difficult, I mean he is old, arthritis and he also hates most people. But, this place makes it work! The receptionist is super helpful and provides reasonable and good advice, the 24 hr reminder is helpful, and the groomers are kind and clearly good at their job. I'm so lucky I live nearby. Highly recommend.
