They were able to get our pup in last minute after a very sandy beach trip :) they treated him with kindness and love, and did such a good job! I highly recommend Besties :)

I would not come back. If you’re looking for a good haircut, don’t come here. They do a terrible job and try to charge you extra for everything — even for simply doing their job. Also, if your dog has just a couple of knots, they’ll tell you the dog needs to be shaved because they “can’t do their job.” Honestly, don’t come here. The staff is very rude, and it’s very expensive for what they do. There are many much better places with specialized people who actually know about breeds and proper cuts.

Eh probably wouldn't come back here again. Came to pick up my dog and the old guy mentioned that my pup poked one of the groomers and charged me $20 more since my dog was probably anxious because it was his first time getting groomed at this place. The old guy's comment was they probably wouldn't take my dog again next time, even though I mentioned in the notes when I made an appointment that my dog is a biter. Then continued to tell me to let them know ahead when I clearly did lol. Not my fault that they didn't read what I said when I made the appointment. But other than that my dog's haircut was fine. Never had a problem with other groomers. They never complained and charged me $20 because my dog is a biter for being anxious. And I feel like they should know that? especially if they know we are a first time customer. But yeah we're not going back. That was such a turn off. He didn't have to say "we probably won't take you next time" then tell me they're charging me $20. Lol thanks tho. There are other much better ones who are understanding and know how to handle dogs more when they're anxious and nervous. Definitely going back to our regular grooming place, since they're way better, nicer to customers and understanding with my pup @pupperclub.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The front staff was really kind and the Groomer was very professional and loving towards my pet. This was my first time coming in, and I showed up as a walk-in fully expecting them to not have availability, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I picked up my pup, she was quite excited and looked well taken care of. I had to do a short cut this time as I went a little crazy with the home trim around her snout, but they made her look adorable. Would highly recommend :)

I’ve been taking my dog Frankie to Besties Dog Spa for about a year now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The scheduling process is always easy, the staff is professional and friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care they provide. I always make sure to request Lily—she is truly the best! Frankie always comes back looking great and happy, which gives me so much peace of mind.

Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I don't feel oversold or pushed to get any service or even schedule an appointment which I appreciate. They have done a good job with my golden retriver multiple times now and my dog seems to enjoy going and looks great after.
