Took my Lulu in for the DIY Self wash and it was my 7th bath free, such an awesome loyalty perk! Thank you Groomer19!

This is a perfectly nice and clean self serve dog wash with blow dryers. You get a small discount if you bring your own shampoo. Overall, I think self serve dog washes are overpriced- $25 to wash my own dog plus tip for the staff? Seems a bit silly, but if in a pinch…

My first experience and they did not disappoint. Angie and team did such a great job with my big baby boy Linc. Patient with me as a new customer and took time to explain everything. Will be booking again. We found our new grooming home☺️

Update- we have a very active puppy ,Hali, who has seen Angie for the last few months. Angie is so patient with her. She knows which squeaky toy Hali likes by the bath. I had to have her shaved and Angie told me it would be a longer grooming session because she wanted Hali to be comfortable. While I was there, Angie was talking to another customer about her dogs’ favorite song while being groomed. Angie truly cares about each and every client and their fur baby. Groomer19 is an awesome woman owned small business in our community. I’ve been using Angie as a groomer for 12 years and have never heard her get upset at anyone. She is a very caring person who loves dogs/cats. My Sadie has been groomed by Angie since she was a puppy. She’s 9 now. Angie is the most patient, knowledgeable groomer. She has a way of making dogs feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a bad experience at a groomer before we met Angie. Sadie was so scared in the beginning but now she runs to Angie and is so excited to see her. Angie has a special gift with dogs. Highly recommend!
