Was treated to couples massage with my girlfriend. Betty performed one the best massages I have ever had. She is definitely knowledgeable of how the muscles work and how to relieve pressures in the back and neck. I would definitely give her 5 stars and would recommend to family and friends.

Prior to Betty's, I've never had a massage. I have some painful upper back/shoulder problems, and finally gave it a try. I found out about them per a recommendation on the Columbus subreddit, and it seemed like a no-fuss low key kind of place, which I appreciated because of my apprehension. Both times I went, the people working with me were very friendly and welcoming, and did incredible work on my back, neck, and shoulders! I'm a convert now and will keep going back!! I've had massages from Hannah and Anna and they are both fantastic and in addition to the massage, they gave useful recommendations on what I can do at home to help ease the pain. I highly recommend Betty's Body Shop. I think they're also very reasonably priced, especially for a short massage. Enough so that it's not something I have to save for a special occasion.

Randomly booked a 75 minute massage after a long week. Heard great things about Betty's Body Shop from a fellow coworker and there happened to be an appointment available. I had the privilege of being booked with Rufus. He was very welcoming upon my arrival and made sure I received water and a quick tour of where the restrooms were located. I also appreciated him consulting me on my problem areas and what my desired areas of focus were. To say that this was one of the best massages I've ever received is and understatement. The trigger point technique as well as the others he incorporated were amazing. He also did a really great job checking in with me on the pressure applied. 100/100 reccomend and I'll definitely be back.

She really goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and works with any issues you may have. The massages are phenomenal, the personalized service is top notch, and the price is unbeatable. Miranda was amazing! This was one of the best massages I’ve had in Columbus. She was thoughtful and thorough. She tended to my focus areas very well and kept the pressure we agreed upon throughout the entire massage. I feel amazing and will definitely be back! The shop was very clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Bonus: I really liked the instrumental music playing in the background.
