Dont pay their membership. Sadly they will charge me an extra 70 dollars for a membership I have been trying to cancel since January, because I moved away. Although I got told at Kentown when obtaining my membership and warning them that I was moving away in a certain date, and them assuring me that I would not get charged once I left, here I am, leaving my complaint here, hopefully expecting them to give me my money back. Very unfair.

20/01/2026 Went bouldering for the first time today. Staff were nice and they taught us how to boulder safely. It was packed but still managed to get alot of climbs in.
