We can’t recommend Snowy’s Choice enough. Their pet boarding is honestly excellent and hard to find anywhere else — it’s a true home away from home. Pets are cared for like family, and they’re allowed to roam around freely in the house instead of being kept in kennels like most boarding places we’ve used before. What we love most is how warm and welcoming the team is, plus the frequent photo updates that give us total peace of mind. The complimentary wash & clean is such a thoughtful touch, and for longer stays they can also top up grooming if needed — super convenient. We’ve boarded with them many times and we won’t go back to any other pet hotel/kennel again. Their grooming is also outstanding — our dog went in looking messy and came back smelling amazing and looking the best we’ve ever seen!

We are from Melbourne, and came to Adelaide for family Christmas. We didn’t get a chance to groom our toy poodle Timmy before Christmas. Luckily we booked him at Snowy’s Choice Pet Grooming. For our first visit, Timmy looks absolutely stunning after his grooming. We highly recommended anyone in Adelaide to send their fur baby here to groom. They are fantastic!

The wonderful ladies of Snowy’s choice were amazing with my newly adopted long hair corgi. Her fur was in a bad way beforehand and the team gave her a complete makeover. My corgi was very nervous but the girls were so kind and gentle. I really like how they do 1 on 1 with your dog and don’t have many clients at one time. It feels very safe & secure. Absolutely will be back !!!

My expectations were well and truly exceeded by Heidi and Thalia’s professionalism in dealing with my two cats. My cats are domestic long haired cats and have not been professionally groomed before. One cat is a marshmallow, while the other one can only be described as a “one woman cat.” My marshmallow was so comfortable afterwards that he sat on the chair waiting for me to arrive. Whilst the spicier one was groomed to the extent that they could manage, he still turned out beautifully. My two will definitely be regulars from now on. I wish I would have organised them to be groomed sooner. The amount of hair they removed has already made a huge difference in the amount of hair that I need to manage at home. Love, love, love!!
