Nicole and her helpful team were incredible! After going through several (not great) experiences, we were lucky enough to find BH Bookkeepers. Nicole cleaned up over 2 years of incorrect entries, was able to utilize QuickBooks, work with our CPA, and we FINALLY got clean books. They were one of our first 3rd party vendors as a small business, and they really took the time to help dissect the real problems and what needed to be done. If you are messing around with low-budget bookkeepers and still pulling your hair out, bite the bullet. You will be glad you did.

BH has kept the books for me on two different companies. They have been great partners in helping our companies run smoothly. They are thorough, concise and follow through with what they say they will do. Also the accounting firms we work with are very complimentary on how well BH keeps things in order with a clear trail of notes to track things as needed. I highly recommend them.

Short review—stop looking you’ve found the perfect bookkeeper. Longer review—we hired BH bookkeepers as our business was growing rapidly and we needed help staying on top of our books. It was one of the best business decisions we’ve made. Nicole has surpassed every expectation we had going in. Apart from promptly reconciling our books every month has also helped us navigate the PPP program and has given us piece of mind that the tasks will be done correctly and efficiently. More recently she taken over our payroll and helped us prepare the necessary financial reports for us to secure an expansion loan. In short, BH Bookkeepers and Nicole provide top notch bookkeeping and deliver exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

Nicole and her team at BH Bookkeepers are seriously amazing at their jobs! I own 4 small businesses and have worked with Nicole for over 5 years now and honestly can't imagine my business life without her involved in it. She has been instrumental in our growth as a real estate company over the years. I have always been grateful for the easy transition we had getting out of the Quickbooks era and into her user friendly software and way of keeping our operations running smooth. We utilize BH Bookkeepers for all of our bookkeeping services as well as payroll. She is VERY patient and knowledgeable in her field. We have a unique blend of full time W2 employees, independent contractors and a multitude of outside contractors. Without her organization skills and dedication to our success I don't think I would sleep at night. I cannot say enough good things about this company and am always happy to give detailed referrals drawn from my experience.
