We had an AMAZING time celebrating my son’s 11th birthday! Janessa was truly the BEST host we could have ever asked for. She brought so much light, energy, and joy into the room and went above and beyond to keep smiles on all the kids’ faces. From the nonstop high-fives to checking in and asking if there was anything else we needed, she made the entire experience unforgettable. Huge shout-out to the cook Noah for the hard work behind the scenes on a busy friday night. The front desk staff as well everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you all for making this birthday celebration absolutely perfect!

Great place for any age level but mainly kids there. Busy on a mid-day Saturday but that is expected but no problem using any of the equipment. Many different things for the kids to do there, endless fun for them.

We planned our son’s 8th birthday party here. The kids had a great time. Special kudos to our host, Janessa, for ensuring we were well taken care of with room space to hangout, food, utensils, cups, napkins etc. Thank you to Big Air and Janessa for providing a great experience for us!

We had my son’s birthday party here, and although we have been here before, today really proved why we have the best time. Everyone from the front counter and all of the area attendants were so kind. But I specifically want to shout out Janessa, our party organizer. She aided so much in making sure this day went as smoothly as it did and helped to keep things organized behind the scenes. She assisted me with set up and tear down, and in making sure that we always had everything we needed. She was so incredibly sweet, and I cannot give her more kudos and praise! Things truly went off without an hitch. Most importantly everyone had the best time, especially the birthday boy. It really could not have been a better day, and a big part of that is because of all of her help today. We will definitely be back again soon!

Huge playground for kids and adults, not just trampolines. Safe atmosphere, very friendly staff, good food, TVs to sit and watch while kids play, and free WiFi. Massage chairs... What else do you need?
