So we planned my daughter’s wedding here, and the planning with our coordinator was great. We were so excited as the wedding got closer. The day before, at our rehearsal, the owner informed us that our coordinator was not available the next day for the wedding, but that she, the owner would be there on our wedding day to run the wedding. That day came, and yes she was there when it started. Then shortly after, informed me, mother of the bride, that she was leaving, but has someone in charge of the night. I assumed we were in good hands. Although a bit disappointed that she said she would be there all night, and then was leaving. The person she left in charge, was simply a server that worked there. I’m guessing she’s good at serving, but definitely not trained to be in charge. After dinner was done, no one was clearing plates off the tables, to the point that I ended up clearing off plates myself, as she was no where to be found. When I finally went looking for her, she and one other guy were in the kitchen, sitting and chatting. There was no presence of her for the remainder of the night. Towards the end of the night, I asked if we could have her box some of the desserts to take, being there was a ton left, and she literally handed me a empty box to do myself I reached out to the owner a few days later, via email, to discuss my disappointment, and never received a call or email back Definitely was disappointed in this venue

I can’t say enough positive things about this venue. Lindsey was there to help us every step of the way and the in house chef was amazing. Our wedding turned out better than what we could imagine because the entire Ashley Castle team was on top of everything.

we truly had the best wedding ever at ashley castle!! from all of the staff, to the beautiful grounds, our guests and us has the best day ever! delicious food also everyone raved about the prime rib!! seriously can’t recommend the ashley castle enough!!!

Ashley Castle is a stunning wedding venue complemented by an exceptional team. My wife and I chose it for our Bangladeshi-American wedding and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the start, Casey was incredibly supportive, guiding us through each step of the planning process with genuine care and attention to detail. Although we encountered some challenges with our own wedding planner, staff from Ashley castle, notably Casey and Lindsey were phenomenal. They stepped in as our coordinator, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding day ran smoothly. We received numerous compliments from our guests on both the beauty of the venue and the wonderful hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend Ashley Castle for your wedding day. A big thank you to Casey, Lori, Lindsey, and the rest of the team—you all made our day unforgettable. You all are truly awesome! We miss you so much already, and we plan to visit during the open houses on Wednesdays just to say hello

Growing up in Chandler I remember always driving by the Ashley Castle and being mesmerized and thinking how cool of a place it would be to get married. Then as I got engaged and we started touring a ton of places trying to select a venue I assumed it would probably my be way out of our price range. In all the running around we were about to sign with another location but decided on the way home to just stop in and check out the castle just out of curiosity. Much to our surprise it was both a good priced option but really all inclusive so it made everything so much easier. From the day we signed and started working with the team there everything was so organized and easy. Between golfers of information, checklists, reminders, etc it made the whole planning process so much easier and less stress. I can’t even call out just one staff member as literally everyone there from owner to staff were all so helpful and friendly. I know they do hundreds of weddings a year there but somehow have a way of making you feel like yours is the only one and not like you’re just getting run through a wedding mill. Then with all the planning it lead to an incredible experience both with the rehearsal and wedding event. “Magical” is the best word I can use where we literally felt like we were in a fairytale. I’m so glad we decided to get married here and would definitely recommend this place for your special day!
