Iv booked charters with Big Apple Charters 2 times and both times it was fabulous! Very attentive stuff , captain Vanessa and Steward Olga went above and beyond to make our time there great! We had a smooth ride and we took bunch of pictures and videos. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing experience with Vanessa! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. From navigating safely to pointing out great sights along the way, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had fun. Truly skilled, personable, and clearly passionate about everything on the water. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time on our charter with Big Apple Charters on 8/15. Amal was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative with any questions I had before the trip. Her energy made the experience even more enjoyable. Captain Michael and Captain Vanessa were outstanding hosts. They ran everything smoothly and made sure we felt safe and comfortable while having a great time. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. We had the BEST time with Big Apple Charters on the Manhattan Mermaid! Such a fun experience getting to celebrate by the Statue of Liberty and gorgeous views of downtown Manhattan. Amal is great and our Captain Arjen was absolutely amazing and so attentive! We will definitely be coming back soon! ⛵️🥂

We had the most incredible time aboard the Hudson Star with Captain Vanessa and Crew Member Bruno! We booked a 3-hour trip on the Hudson around NYC and it exceeded every expectation. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, and we had unforgettable views of the Statue of Liberty while cruising along the water. The boat itself was stunning — sleek, spacious, and absolutely spotless. Every detail felt luxurious, from the plush seating to the smooth ride. You can tell this vessel is expertly maintained and built for comfort and performance. We especially loved relaxing on the bow as we cut through the waves — it was like something out of a dream! Truly the best birthday I’ve ever had. Captain Vanessa was warm, professional, and clearly knows these waters like the back of her hand. Bruno was so attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy the experience from drinks and snacks to historical tid bits. Their calm energy and seamless teamwork made the trip feel both safe and elevated. If you’re looking for a unique and upscale way to experience the NYC skyline, the Hudson Star is it. We’ll absolutely be back!
