Absolutely amazing team building week executed perfectly by Big Blue. Everything was perfect, and even some crazy weather challenges and the big blue team adapted and made it happen. Our guide, Gert was 100% amazing. He took the time to get to know all of us. He quickly learned how to work with us (me and my fear of heights and water!) and everyone else too. We all felt like he was our friend from long ago I can't save enough about this amazing week!

Absolutely incredible experience! I’ve been organizing team offsites on my own for three years, and this was by far the best experience yet. Working with this team was a complete game-changer — they handled every detail with care, efficiency, and a smile. Hannah and Gert were absolutely amazing — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. Our team had an unforgettable time in Ericeira, and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be working with them again for future offsites!

Booked a stag do though Big Blue. They listened and delivered. Found us great accommodation within budget and put together transport and a fantastic canyoning trip. A Best Man's Best Friend! Give them a call, they'll get it done, and you'll look like a hero.

If you’re looking for a company to organize your offsite, Big Blue Adventures is the one you should choose without hesitation. We met Daniel, Holly and Nuno, two months before our scheduled offsite, and after just a couple of meetings, we knew everything would go smoothly. They are highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and never shy away from accommodating even the most random requests. Every activity, as well as the lunch and dinner planning, was executed on time, and as an event manager, I know how challenging it is to keep everything running smoothly. They did a phenomenal job, and I highly recommend them to any company planning an offsite soon.

Big Blue Adventures just managed our company off-site in Portugal. They were phenomenal! Everything was excellently planned, ran smoothly and provided a truly memorable off-site for our tech company of 40+. They met us at the airport, liaised with the hotel and activity operators and even helped me get back my glasses case that I accidentally left on one of the buses. Dan, Holly and Nunu are truly exceptional hosts/guides -- personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. I could not recommend them more highly, especially if you're looking for a company off-site in Portugal!
