Had a flat tire at the end of a long day, driving across the valley, went there 45 minutes before close, they were fast on diagnosing and recommending a tire replace. All was done fast and cost efficient. Sorry but I didn’t ask for the name of the guy who helped me - he did a great job. Thanks!

After my tire randomly blew out my coworker recommend this Big Brand because she had a good experience here and they are super close to our office. John was very friendly and helpful. The tires on my car were the previous owners and had been on for 7 years (yikes 😬) and I wanted to go up a size so I ended up getting 4 new tires but they had a great deal and it was far less than I’ve paid at any Discount tire. Very happy with my experience and will be making Big Brand my new go to for tires!

Top notch! These guys know what they are doing and do it well. No one likes to spend money on Maintenance, but good humans take care of their stuff. Therefore, it is great to find trustworthy mechanics here in Scottsdale. They stood up for their brand and took care of a problem they didn’t even cause. I’d recommend them to friends and family - and they are now the first place I will take my car.

I love bringing my car to Big Brand. I will never go anywhere else. Not just for their mechanical expertise, but also their customer service is top notch. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair. No upselling here and you will always leave happy. Ask for Jerry- he’s the best!

Long story short: Don't go here! Long story: Went in to get a battery. The battery is under the driver seat in my Ford Transit. They installed it but did not put everything back the way it was before. Went back in and the front desk person said the tech that did it just left for the day. I agreed to come back the next day. Came back the next day. Waiting for the repair to be completed the associate at the front desk was trying to sell road hazard protection tot he person on the phone. The associate said that insurance wouldn't cover it since most deductibles are $500. 1st how does she know what deductible the person has. Secondly most insurance companies do not cover road hazards. They came back in about 15 minutes and said all good! Went out to the van and grease hands hand touched all over the white paint by the driver door. Figured I'll just get a car wash and gas. Went to go get gas and noticed 2 Torques bit bolts in the cup holder. I went to open the side door and noticed the back of the seat was tied up to the head rest post. Still not completed. Last straw. Went back, waiting for the front desk person to get off a call and heard her telling a person that "the repair is going to be cheaper than if she went out and bought a used car as most used cars will need 2-3 thousand dollars of repairs." Simply not true is you inspect a used car. She got off the phone and asked what I was doing back. Told her still not completed. At which point she call the repair person out to look at the job. I showed her the bolts in the cup holder, the greased hand prints on the paint, the not completed work behind the seat. She proceeded to tell me it was the guys who worked on it yesterday's fault and that he is from a different shop. Like that is an excuse. I told her I am not going to have them touch my car from here on out and I am going to take it somewhere else and pay them to complete the job they didn't finish. I told her the only reason I came back to tell them this is so there was no deniability.
