We had an amazing experience with Big Flavours Catering for our wedding reception canapés! Big Flavours was recommended to us by our reception venue, and we honestly couldn’t be happier! Sam was very professional, had great communication and made the whole process very smooth. We had a great selection of canapés and they were all incredibly tasty, we received compliments from so many of our guests about the food! Timing and professionalism on our wedding day was also exceptional, and our canapé service ran very smoothly. A big thanks to Big Flavours, we will definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

We were so pleased with Sam's Big Flavour catering service. Arranging catering for a big celebration can be overwhelming, but Sam made it all very easy, from the set-up to the serving to the packing away. So many guests complimented the food, especially the chicken skewers! A big thank you to the team!

We had a wonderful experience having Big Flavours cater for us for my husband’s 40th. Sam and the team were professional, easy to work with and made the whole experience so positive. The canapés that were served were delicious and so many guests commented on how great the food was. The food came out constantly and the addition of a substantial canape for all guests left them full and satisfied with the delicious meal. The food was cooked so easily at home, there was no mess to clean up afterwards and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Big Flavours. Big thank you to Sam and the team!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam from Big Flavours Catering for an event, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Sam demonstrated exceptional flexibility and professionalism, accommodating all my requests at such short notice and even handling changes just two days prior to the event with ease. The food was absolutely amazing, exceeding all expectations. Each dish was prepared with such care, and the presentation was impeccable, adding an elegant touch to our event. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the beef ribs—every guest raved about how delicious they were, with many going back for seconds (and thirds!). It was clear that a lot of thought and expertise went into every aspect of the meal. What truly set Sam apart was his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything ran smoothly. Not only did he manage the catering effortlessly, but he also took care of cleaning up and packing away leftovers, leaving us with nothing to worry about. His service was flawless from beginning to end. I cannot recommend Sam and Big Flavours Catering highly enough. If you're looking for outstanding food and exceptional service, look no further. Big Flavours did the catering for our wedding and the food was delicious! We had canapés, entree and mains and our guests had many compliments for the food - especially the kangaroo tartare! My partner and I also loved that there is a wide variety of options to choose from. Sam was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process, even with my request to organise different cutlery. I knew going with Big Flavours was the right choice from the moment we met Sam for our tasting as he was very organised and passionate about his food. We would absolutely recommend Big Flavours to anyone seeking a catering service!
