very well organised with lots of options for different people. some interesting smells (not just of old stuff) in some places and i noticed some litter around but nothing too shocking. everything is reasonably priced and checkout people are friendly and efficient. cash and card is accepted! fairly easy to get to by public transport and car. offers a huge range of stuff, i recommend setting aside a few hours to really get around the entire place.
Had such an amazing first experience visiting WAB with my wife today. The place is absolutely huge! There’s such a vast array of collectables you could spend a full day in the store. We found and bought some absolute gems in our eyes for our cottage and very happy with the prices. See it all for yourself!
OMG make sure you have a full day if you really want to browse all stalls. Staff are awesome great coffee. Some great bargains if you only look.
This place is incredible. Highly recommend, it's definitely a whole day / many hours type of activity though. Awesome date idea or family day out, there's something for everyone and they even have a cafe and seats for a rest in between. Items are very fairly and appropriately priced depending on their worth. If you're not much of a shopper its still a great experience similar to that of going to a museum and sight seeing / admiring all the gems.
This is a truly unique place — a large warehouse filled with vintage and secondhand items. It’s spacious and offers a huge variety of goods. Each section has its own distinct style, almost like a collection of small shops. The space is big enough to explore slowly and enjoyably. There are restrooms inside. To find them, follow the green line on the floor for the women’s restroom, and the blue line for the men’s — this differs slightly from what’s shown on the map. Around 4:30 PM, they start announcing that the store is closing, so it’s best to arrive early and plan to spend at least three hours if you want to explore every area thoroughly.
