Gabriel was extremely kind and helpful in the process of getting new tires. He explained everything carefully and was extremely helpful and communicative during our time there. Definitely will be coming back!

Big o is the easiest company to deal with when you have a tire issue or need new tires. This location in general is exceptional. Highly recommend. Oscar and Jess should be commended for being great at providing good service

The whole crew there is just amazing. They explain to you what repairs are needed and give you a chance to look at your car so You know what is being done. Great job fellas! Thank you so much. Was just there again this morning and I must say that Eric baka in his crew did an amazing job. My car was serviced and back on the road in no time. I will be back soon for new tires for my two cars. Thank you again for everything, everyone there is amazing Was there today and again had amazing service on my vehicles. Thank you Eric and your great crew for keeping me safe on the road Took my car to Big O tires for some work that needed to be done on my car. Fair pricing. great service and great group of people there, especially the manager. He explained everything to me and keep me updated. This is my 5th or 6th review. I would definitely go to Big o tires and to the one on Germann off of the 202 Great team. Great service. Felt like I was number one Was there today and had a full transmission flush with fluids replaced . My tires were rotated and alignment done. Great service was in and out within a reasonable time and kept apprised of what was going on. Great service, thank you to the manager and his team

Hector was amazing! We were driving on the highway when our tire suddenly lost air from what looked like a nail, and he took care of everything for us quickly and completely complimentary. The customer service here is truly top-tier. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The inside of the shop is super clean and comfortable, with water, snacks, coffee, and even popcorn available while you wait. It really made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you to Hector and the whole team for turning a bad moment into a great experience. Highly recommend this location!
